We offer our landlords the following services
• Full Management: A comprehrensive management service which includes our letting service, followed by rent collection and organisation of any necessary mainteance, with monthly online statements and BACS payments to you or your accountant.
• Partial Management: This can be adapted from our full management service to suit indiviual requirements. An example is rent collection only.
• Tenant find only: Sourcing suitable prospective tenants, completing all paperwork including tenancy agreements, collecting references/guarantors and deposits
• HMO made simple: advice and guidance on new rules and regulations effecting private rented housing
• Project management: We can search for investment property on your behalf and manage refurbishment, interior design and furnishing.
